When does the 48-hour clock start?
From the moment returns arrive and are scanned in, until inspection and relabel results are issued. FBA replenishment shipping time is not included, but outbound is guaranteed the same week.
What happens if you exceed the 48-hour window?
If we exceed the guaranteed time, the express fee for that batch is waived per our agreement — the timeline is a contractual commitment, not a marketing claim.
Can you maintain 48 hours during peak season?
We confirm scheduling before accepting peak-season orders. If capacity doesn't allow, we tell you upfront — we never overbook and delay.
How do I send my returns to you?
Create a removal order in your seller dashboard and enter our warehouse address. Once received, items enter the pipeline automatically — no need to monitor.
Is relabeling compliant with platform policies?
Standard relabeling of your own brand, compliant goods is permitted by platforms. For brand-authorized or special categories, we flag requirements during evaluation and don't over-promise.
Can you handle small volumes?
Yes — per-item billing with no minimum. First 20 items are free for trial — verify our speed and quality first.
